Hi there. This is a blog about sushi. You will see a lot of sushi. Occasionally I may post rice balls or any other delicious delicacies, but majority I’m sure will be sushi :)

You can call me Tina. And I am currently twenty years old.

Why did you create this blog?
Um. Because I love sushi. I love eating sushi, looking at sushi, trying to make sushi, and occasionally day dreaming about sushi when I have a craving for them (which is quite often).

What is your favorite type of fish?
Tuna, tuna, tuna, tuna, tuna, unagi, tuna, tuna! Did I mention tuna?

Do you have a favorite roll(s)?
Double Tuna, Honey Walnut, Dragon…probably a lot more than these three.
